Most tools hand you dimensions and leave the awkward questions to the person at the saw. That is where remakes come from, so this is what we fixed first.
Blade kerf, board thickness, edge tape and the banding allowance policy are printed on the sheet. Shops substitute their own values when yours are missing. State them and they use them.
Every part shows the finished size and the cut size before edging. The 2 mm banding allowance is already deducted per edge, so the assembled part matches what you drew.
On a woodgrain decor each row says which way the grain must run, and which concealed parts the optimiser is free to rotate. That is yield you would otherwise lose.

No. Most people design here and hand the sheet to a cutting shop, who cut the parts to size and band the edges. You collect a box of finished parts and assemble them.
If you do have a saw, the same sheet works for you, and the CSV drops straight into a panel optimiser.

It states the kerf on the sheet and deliberately does not optimise the board layout around it. Nesting is the cutting shop's job, and their optimiser knows their blade, their offcuts and their board stock better than we ever could.
What we guarantee is that nobody has to guess which kerf your numbers assumed.
Only where a 2 mm ABS edge goes. Two millimetres is deducted per banded edge before cutting, so the finished part comes out at the size you drew.
A 0.5 mm edge is not deducted, because the deduction would not be a whole millimetre and it sits inside normal tolerance. Both rules are printed on the sheet, so the shop can check them.
Yes. Switch to inches in sixteenths or thirty-seconds and every dimension, on screen and in the export, appears as a fraction you can read off a tape.
The geometry is always computed in millimetres, so changing units never nudges a part by a rounding error.
Designing is free and needs no account. Exporting any single piece is free too, and that sheet is clean: there is no watermark on it.
